What is Coaching?

There are many ways of defining coaching; two popular examples are:

• Helping someone move from where they are now, to where they want to be . . . and to do this more quickly and effectively than if they acted alone
• The art of facilitating the performance, learning and development of another

During coaching, an experienced and dedicated coach focuses all their energy on helping the client to achieve their goals.  A coach can work with clients from any part of the U.K. or the world, all that is needed is a phone!

Coaching is about getting rapid, lasting results, now! Why hire a coach? It deals with the now and the future; it is forward looking.
